Meet the Designer
Christina is a visual artist and interior designer based in London. She graduated with a BDes (Hons) in Interior & Spatial Design from Edinburgh Napier in 2022.
Prior to founding Studio Whitley, Christina developed her creative vision at prestigious design studios across the UK and the Middle East, including Russell Sage Studio and Trevillion Interiors; where she specialised in both hospitality and the prime residential sectors. Her personal portfolio includes restaurants for Michelin star chefs, private residences for HNWIs, and hotels across the UK and Europe.
Christina’s stylistic choices draw inspiration from her international upbringing and travels, passionately embracing colour and materiality to compose spaces with rich themes and distinct narratives. As an artist herself, Christina believes wholeheartedly in supporting local artisans to tie her spaces into their local culture.

To ensure each of our projects receives the care and attention it deserves, we take on a limited number per year. Our work spans across the boutique hospitality and luxury residential markets as these projects are where our passions lie.

Some clients hire us for a full renovation from start to finish and some hire us just for the design phase.

Our fees are bespoke, curated to suit each project on it’s own quirks and intricacies. We highly recommend booking a consultation, priced at £250, to find out more and to get a detailed fee proposal.

We work in accordance with the RIBA stages. Our main 2 phases include producing a full detailed technical design pack and FF&E sourcing. This could take anywhere from 3-6 months to be completed.

Our Process
DISCOVERY
A great project is built on a mutual understanding of what the space requires and needs. We listen to every detail and take the time to make sure we can tell your story the way you have envisioned it. Each project request is handled through a 90 minute discovery call priced at £250. We then put together a fee proposal that meets the requirements discussed on call and send it over for your approval.
CURATION
This is where the magic happens. Once the fee proposal has been accepted and the contract signed, we take the time to translate your thoughts and ideas into a strong narrative that forms as the basis of the project.
DETAILING
The details make the design. We translate our concept and vision into a detailed technical drawing pack. This can involve bespoke joinery, interior architecture, finishes and furnishings. This is where we bring our sharp eye and expertise to deliver with precision.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Once all is approved, we maintain meticulous involvement. Through precise coordination and consistent on-site presence, we ensure your project is delivered with care and as envisioned.
